Terms of Service
Effective Date: 06/28/2025
Welcome to Revival Quality Goods LLC! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
All of our items are handmade, which means each one may vary slightly in color, texture, and finish. These natural variations are not considered defects, but part of the unique character of handcrafted leather goods.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Customers can check out securely using all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Link by Stripe.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
3. Lead Time and Shipping
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. This timeframe includes:
Acquiring materials (if not on hand)
Handmade production of your item
Packaging and shipping time
If your order is expected to take longer than 3 weeks, we will contact you directly at revivalqualitygoods@gmail.com with an updated timeline.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
4. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless your item arrives with a major defect (such as a torn stitch, significant blemish, or deep cut in the leather), or if we sent the wrong item.
See our full Return Policy for more details.
5. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
6. Intellectual Property
