Return Policy
Each item in our shop is handmade with care and intention. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods and the natural variations in leather, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item:
Arrives with a major defect (such as a torn stitch, significant blemish, or deep cut in the leather), or
Is incorrect (i.e., not the item you ordered).
If your item falls under one of these exceptions, please contact us at revivalqualityleathergoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
If the wrong item was sent, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
If a return is approved for another reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
If eligible, we will either repair, replace, or refund your item, at our discretion.
Please note: custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Minor cosmetic marks, natural leather variations, and slight imperfections are considered part of the character of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
